Who we are
Simply Pass Canada is run by Sava Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16124943. Our registered office is Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person who uses the site.

By buying or using Simply Pass Canada you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What Simply Pass Canada is
Simply Pass Canada is study material for the Canadian citizenship test. You answer practice questions, see your score, and see which topics you need to work on. We also explain each answer.
What Simply Pass Canada is not
Simply Pass is an independent practice platform. It is not part of the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We do not book or run the test.
It is study material and general information. It is not legal or immigration advice, and it does not help with anyone's application. IRCC decides your case. Simply Pass Canada is practice, not a course. It gives no certificate and does not count towards any application. Your result in the real test comes from your own answers on the day.
Before you buy
These are the main terms of the purchase. They are also on the pricing page, next to the pay button, and in your receipt.
- Price: C$29 for 30 days of access, or C$39 for 90 days of access. The price is in Canadian dollars and is the total you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
- One payment. There is no subscription, no free trial that turns into a paid plan, and nothing renews. We never charge you again.
- Access starts when we take your payment, and lasts the number of days you chose. The end date is on your receipt.
- Refunds: all sales are final, except for the three cases in "Refunds" below.

- You get an email copy of these terms and your order by email as soon as you pay, and in any case within 15 days.
You must be able to accept or decline the purchase before you pay, and to fix a mistake first. The pay button is the point where you accept. Until you press it, you have bought nothing.
What you get
You can try 20 practice questions free. If you pay, you get access on this website to the full practice material for the Canadian citizenship test: practice sets by topic, full-length mock tests that follow the shape of the real test, your results by topic, and an explanation after each answer.
Each mock test draws a new set of questions from our whole question bank. We choose the draw, so how many different questions you see depends on how many tests you take, not on a fixed number.
Access is for one person. Please do not share your login.
Payment
Our payment provider, Stripe, takes the payment for us. You get a receipt by email. We never see or keep your card number.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not give a refund because you changed your mind. We do put these three things right at any time, with a refund or, if you prefer, a correction:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase. We refund the extra charge.
- You were charged a wrong amount. We refund the difference.
- You paid and did not get the access. If we cannot give you the access, we refund the payment.
Write to [email protected] and say which one it is. This does not take away any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived. If something is wrong with what you bought, write to us. We want to put it right.
Pass guarantee
If you practise with Simply Pass Canada and still do not pass the real Canadian citizenship test, you keep practising with us free until you pass. That is our pass guarantee. It gives you more time with Simply Pass Canada. It is never money back. It is on top of your rights under the law and does not replace or limit them.
You can use it when all three of these are true:
- During your paid access, you pass at least 10 full mock tests in a row in Simply Pass Canada. A full mock test is the timed 20-question test on the site, and you pass it the way the real test is passed: 15 or more right. Practice sets by topic and the free practice test do not count. We count your full mock tests in the order you start them. A test you fail starts the count again, and so does a test you start and do not hand in before the time runs out. A test you are still taking does not count either way.
- After that, you sit the real Canadian citizenship test and do not pass.
- Within 30 days of your result, you write to [email protected] from the email on your account and send your result: the letter or email you got, or a screenshot.
We check your mock tests in our records and answer within two business days. If the three conditions are met, we extend your access to Simply Pass Canada free, until you pass.
The guarantee covers the Canadian citizenship test only. We do not pay back the price or any other cost. Claiming costs you nothing.
Our content, and where it comes from
Every question and explanation on Simply Pass Canada is written by us, in our own words, to match the topics of the citizenship test. We take the facts from the study guide that IRCC publishes for people who prepare for the test. Our questions are not the real test questions, and we do not have them. They cover the same topics at a similar level.
The names "Canadian citizenship test" and "Discover Canada" are used only to say which test you are practising for and where the facts come from. We use no flag, wordmark, Arms of Canada or design of any government body.
Our questions, explanations, text and design are ours and protected by copyright.
How you may use the material
You may use Simply Pass Canada to study, for yourself, on this website. You may not copy, download, record, share, publish or sell any part of it, or use a robot or scraper on the site. You may not use it to build, train or prompt another product, including an AI tool. Fair use: one account may start up to 5 full-length mock tests and 20 short practice sets a day. That is far more than a person studies in a day. We may stop automated or unusual use.
If you break these rules we may end your access. If we do that for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you did not use.
Your account
We sign you in with a code that we email to you. There is no password. Please keep your email safe, because anyone who reads your email can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else is using your access.
How we keep the questions right, and what we cannot control
We write every question in our own words from the topics of the test, check it against the study guide, and fix it fast when someone reports a mistake. Each question has a report button, and we read every report. If you pass 10 full mock tests in a row and still fail the real test, our pass guarantee keeps your practice free until you pass.
The real test is not ours. The Government of Canada sets its content, its fees and its pass mark, and can change them at any time, so always check IRCC's page before you plan your test. Your result depends on your own study and on the day. Practice results do not promise a test result.
We keep the site running all day, every day. Like any website, it can still be down for a short time.
Emails
We send account emails, such as your sign-in code and your receipt. They carry no promotion. We send marketing emails only if you ticked the box (it is never ticked for you), or within 2 years after a purchase. Every marketing email says who we are, links to our company details, and has a free unsubscribe link. We stop within 10 business days, and usually at once. See the privacy policy for more.
If we change something
We may add, correct or remove questions, for example when the study guide or the test changes. We will not change the service so that it is substantially less than what you paid for. Your access covers the question bank as it is during your access window. If we stop the whole service while you still have paid access left, we refund the part you did not use.
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you paid apply to your purchase, except where the law makes us change them. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email.
Ending access
You may stop using Simply Pass Canada at any time. Write to us if you want your account deleted. A change of mind after you paid does not earn a refund (see "Refunds"), but the three cases there and your rights under law stay.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our legal duties. IRCC runs and marks the real test, so we are not responsible for what it decides. What we offer when the real test goes wrong is the pass guarantee above. We are also not responsible for loss that nobody could foresee.
Nothing here limits any right or remedy you have under law that cannot be limited, including your consumer protection rights where you live, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The consumer protection law of the province or territory where you live still applies to your purchase, and nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under it. Nothing in these terms stops you from bringing a claim where the law lets you bring it, including in Canada.
Complaints
Please write to [email protected] first. We want to put it right. Your province or territory has a consumer protection office that can tell you about your rights. Its help against a business based outside Canada can be limited, which is one more reason to write to us first.
