Simply Pass is an independent practice platform. It is not part of the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We have no agreement with them. We do not book or run the test.

Study material, not advice

Simply Pass Canada is study material and general information. It is not legal advice and it is not immigration advice. It does not help with anyone's application. We cannot tell you whether you qualify, check your forms or your documents, or answer questions about your own case. IRCC decides your case. If you need advice about your case, ask IRCC or a lawyer, Quebec notary or immigration consultant who is licensed in Canada.

Where our questions come from

Every question on Simply Pass Canada is written by us, in our own words, to match the topics of the test. We take the facts from the study guide that IRCC publishes for people who prepare for the test, called Discover Canada. We do not copy the guide, and we do not have the real test questions. Our questions are not the questions in your test. They cover the same topics at a similar level. That is what practice is.

"Canadian citizenship test" and "Discover Canada" are used here only to say which test you are practising for and where the facts come from. We use no flag, wordmark, Arms of Canada or design of any government body.

What practice results mean

Your scores here do not promise a result in the real test. The real test, its fees and its pass mark are set by the Government of Canada, and your result depends on your own study and on the day.

We do not publish a pass rate, because we would need proof before we show one. If you pass 10 full mock tests in a row with us and still fail the real test, our pass guarantee gives you free practice until you pass. It is more time with us. It is never money back.

IRCC can change the test, the study guide, the fees and the rules at any time. We read its pages and update ours when they change. We can still miss a change, so before you plan or sit the test, read IRCC's page above. Where IRCC's words and ours differ, trust IRCC.

This is practice, not a course

Simply Pass Canada is practice material. It is not a course or a class. It gives no certificate, and it does not count towards any application.
